It taste great and helps in controlling hunger and diabetes management. It contains 2 times more fiber than normal wheat/multigrain flour. Each 100g Diabexy Atta contains 12g fiber.
• WEIGHT LOSS - Excess carb intake leads to Insulin resistance syndrome which is the main cause of weight gain and many lifestyle related health problems. Diabexy Sugar Control Atta helps in weight loss along with management of blood sugar levels because it is extremely low in carbohydrates. It contains 80% less carbohydrates than normal wheat or multigrain flour.
• HOW TO MAKE DOUGH & STORAGE CONDITION - Please remember that this atta takes more water and more kneading than normal wheat atta. Make soft dough using enough warm water, keep adding water slowly in a stepwise manner until the dough becomes soft. Keep the dough aside for 5-10 min before rolling chapattis. As Diabexy Atta contains ingredients like almond, coconut and flex seeds, it needs to be stored in refrigerator to maintain its freshness.
