How to use Eucalyptus Essential Oil :

Steam inhalation: Add 2 to 3 drops in a small bowl of steaming hot water or a vaporizer. Drape a towel over your head to focus the steam towards your nose. Close your eyes and breathe in deeply, allowing the vapour to enter your nose. Inhale the steam for 5 to 7 minutes. Eucalyptus essential oil reacts with mucous membranes, reducing mucus and loosening up congestion.

To elevate headache or unblock nose or chest congestion: Mix 1 drop of eucalyptus essential oil in 5ml almond oil and apply on forehead, temples, nostrils, throat and chest.
